Cancellation Policies
In low season, if you cancel more than THREE DAYS BEFORE your arrival date, we will save the deposit and a DATE CHANGE is planned.
Just once.
In high season, if you cancel more than SEVEN DAYS BEFORE your arrival we will save the deposit and plan a DATE CHANGE.
Just once.
ON TWO CANCELLATIONS DAYS BEFORE OR THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, THERE IS NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT.
IMPORTANT:
In the Refuge we reserve the right to host only people who know how to respect La Paz and the tranquility of the place, so we appreciate that no one overindulges with the intake of alcoholic beverages or other types of substances. Make excessive noise or alter the order. This is a place for all of us to be well and at peace. Thanks.
